Our Industry introduction courses are aimed at sales people who are either new to the industry or new to a specific technology.

These courses, for example, may be suited to a tele-sales representative moving into a full sales role, or a UC sales specialist who wants to develop their skills within Video Communications or Networking.

The short sessions will provide foundation knowledge and explore how the industry has evolved and will provide the perfect stepping-stone for developing knowledge with our range of vendor & product specific courses.
